If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?
We request that clients sign up for a 12-month commitment to allow us to allocate the appropriate resources to your account. However, for a limited time, we are offering a 30 day FREE trial to allow you to test the waters and see if this program works for you. You may also cancel this agreement at any time, without penalty, as long as you give us 30-days’ written notice.
Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?
No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can. However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system. Plus, if you are an All Inclusive Level Client, we will resolve any computer network problems without billing you additional fees.
If you are able to access my systems remotely what’s to stop you from accessing our confidential information?
First of all, we have a reputation to protect. We have not survived almost 20 years in the IT business by being careless with client data. Secondly, if we have a need to access your systems remotely we will do so with your permission. Our work is done in the presence of anyone who wishes to watch, just as it would be if we were working on-site. Our system also creates extensive logs of all access to client systems.
Why should I choose this service over a traditional support contractor billing by the hour?
Number one reason…unpredictable costs. Why pay for downtime when you can pay less for uptime? Consider the fact that we can resolve about 80% of your problems remotely within 22 minutes. A traditional on-site support call takes, on average, four hours to resolve the same problem. You probably aren’t billed four hours by the contractor but you are certainly down for that length of time. Downtime accounts for roughly 60% of your IT costs. The value of the proactive management approach becomes clear when you realize all the costs actually involved.
What if I need someone to visit us onsite?
If it is determined that an on-site service call is necessary then someone will be dispatched immediately. Please note that on-site work can also be included under your monthly flat rate bill by choosing a management plan that covers on-site services.
